French 75 on the rocks

Gordon’s Gin
Cupcake Vineyards Prosecco
Lemon Juice
Domino Sugar

Mix 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Boil 5 minutes, whisking occasionally and remove from heat. Chill. (this is your simple syrup)

Pour 1 oz of gin, 1/2 oz lemon juice, and 1/2 oz simple syrup into a shaker. Top with ice. Shake 15-20 seconds and strain into a champagne glass. Top with about 2 oz prosecco. Place rock candy in, candy side down and serve.

Non-alcoholic version:
Ingredients:
LaCroix Water in Lime
Lemon Juice
Simple Syrup

Mix 1/2 oz lemon juice and 1/2 oz simple syrup in a shaker. Top with ice. Shake 15-20 seconds and strain into a champagne glass. Top with about 3 oz Lacroix water. Place rock candy in, candy side down and serve.
