Unicorn Hot Chocolate

 

4 cups Milk (we used 1%)
1 cup Water
Blue, Purple and Teal Frosting
Sprinkles
1-2 oz GODIVA White Chocolate Liqueur (per mug)
 
Strawberry Simple Syrup- Combine strawberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and mashed berries. Slow boil for about 15 minutes. Strain, keep the liquid while discarding the pulp. Refrigerate until cool.
 
In another saucepan combine milk and white chocolate. Heat on low heat, whisking constantly until white chocolate is dissolved. Pour in 1 cup of strawberry simple syrup and heat.
 
Rim mugs with frosting and then dip in sprinkles Pour in hot chocolate. Add liqueur if desired. Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, sprinkles, and edible glitter.
