Hot Buttered Rum Coffee

1 stick of unsalted Land O’Lakes Butter
3/4 cup unpacked Domino Sugar Light Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp McCormick Spice Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Cloves
2 tsp Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Morton Salt
6 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
4- 8oz cups of Dunkin’ Donuts Original Coffee
Whipped Cream (if desired)


In a saucepan melt butter. Once melted add in brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Whisk in spices, vanilla extract, and salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour in rum and whisk to combine.

Pour 2 tablespoons of rum/butter mixture into the bottom of a mug. Top with fresh coffee and stir to combine. Top with fresh whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.
