Mom: Make Time for the Gym

If you’re a person who is always busy with work or other necessities that takes up your day, I’m sure that going to the gym is not too high up on your list of priorities or you may not have time to work out. However, it is important to understand that working out and getting physical activity is good for your body, heart, and mind. 

If you’re a busy mom that puts your children before yourself, then schedule at least 30 minutes of working out in your daily schedule. You can go on a bike ride when it’s nice out and take your children with you. If you have toddlers or newborns, running strollers are pretty popular and run for at least 30 minutes if not more. Finally, many gyms have daycare! Make sure to research your gym to see if they have a daycare for you drop your kids off so you can have time to work out!

Banana Scramble Chocolate Almond Power Bowl:

1 organic banana
2 organic eggs
1/4 organic green apple
2 Tbsp. of organic chocolate Almond butter
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
Dash of cinnamon
Coconut oil spray

  1. Mash banana first, then mix eggs and vanilla powder together in a mixing bowl.
  2. lace the batter in the sprayed heated skillet and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes. It should look like Scrambled eggs.
  3. After the banana scrambled, has cooked. Place it in a bowl and top it off with green sliced apples, coconut flakes, and chocolate Almond butter, with cinnamon sprinkled on top. And enjoy!!

Reverse Lunges

Abs: complete 3 rounds for 60 seconds
Bicycles
Leg lifts
V-ups with light weight
